9:00 a.m. Band Room Opens
9:30 a.m. Rehearsal begins for the day!! Prepare for Lawrence Central!
11:30 a.m. Full Run-Through
11:45 a.m. End Rehearsal – Lunch, load equipment
12:45 p.m. Roll Out of Northrop DESTINATION: Lawrence Central!!
No Bathroom Breaks- We will not stop until we arrive at LC
3:00 p.m. Arrive at Lawrence Central H.S. – use restroom, get shakos, uniforms, instruments
4:35 p.m. Dressed
4:45 p.m. Circle
5:21 p.m. Visual warm-up
5:45 p.m. Ready to go to music warm-up
5:50 p.m. Warm – Up
6:14 p.m. Transit/Stage
6:35 p.m. PERFORM!!!!!!!!
6:55 p.m. Change out of Uniform
7:45 p.m. Back to Stadium in Show Shirts
8:45 p.m. Awards- Seniors in uniform for on field retreat
9:15 p.m. GET ON THE BUS
9:30 p.m. Leave Lawrence Central
11:40 p.m. Arrive @ Northrop, UNLOAD
*** Important Information ***
1. YOU SHOULD EAT BREAKFAST BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT 9:00!!!
2. You will need to bring a lunch after rehearsal and dinner after we perform. You may also
bring money to buy concessions at Lawrence Central.
3. Everyone must bring their show shirt, under garments, black socks, wind suits, makeup,
hosiery, instruments, and any other equipment need for the day with you.
4. We strongly encourage all parents to join us at Lawrence Central and stay for all bands in
Scholastic A.
5. Everyone must ride to the contest on the bus. If you are going to ride home from Lawrence
Central with your parents, YOU MUST TURN IN A NOTE BY FRIDAY. You may not go home
with anyone except your parents!!!
6. Schedules of the performing bands are included with this sheet!! Please come and cheer on
the NORTHROP BIG ORANGE PRIDE !!!!
7. At the show, we will be together in the back stands wearing our show shirt for awards. Please be
respectful of other bands. Seniors will be in uniform for retreat on the field.
8. LATENESS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
